Millions of people have been using Windows XP operating system comfirtably and are unwilling to shift to Vista. Usually the license on the machine they are working on will continue. However, they would like to upgrade the machine to faster one, at which point, they will have no option but to swith to Vista.

Swithing to Vista will mean additional loss of manpower in terms of learning new things and loss of money because of hardware and software incompatibilities.
