Wipro to declare Q2 results on Oct 22, 2008

Aziz Premzi's Wipro Ltd, the Indian software giant has announced a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company on October 21 to October 22, 2008. However, the accounts would be finally approved by the Board of Directors only on October 22, 2008 (morning). The Board of Directors will consider and approve the audited standalone financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2008 (Q2) under Indian GAAP requirements.
